By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS. So make sure you read it carefully to avoid any confusion.

I will not be held responsible if there are any misunderstandings due to not reading my TOS thoroughly.

I reserve the right to refuse any order.

I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork in my portfolio for promotional purposes.

I reserve the right to share WIPs and video processes of the commissioned art on my social media to promote my work and showcase my skills.

I reserve the right to stream the progress of commissioned work on my channels such as Twitch or YouTube.

If you request the commission to be kept private, an additional fee of 25% of the total commission price will be charged. This is because limiting my ability to showcase my work on social media may result in missed opportunities for potential customers to see my work.

All preparation materials, visuals, sketches, and electronic files used in the creation of the project remain the property of me, the artist.

The commissioned work cannot be used for any blockchain-related purposes such as NFTs, cryptocurrency, and other similar technologies.

All commissioned work cannot be used for AI/machine learning training purposes.

Plagiarism or claim the artwork as your own is strictly prohibited.

Once the client has read and agreed to the TOS. The client may reach out via email ( [email protected] )for any inquiries. While initial contact through social media DMs is acceptable, once we've decided to collaborate, all further discussions will take place via email. After I read through the commission details, I'll provide a price estimate based on your requirements.

Once we have confirmed the price, schedule, deadline, and other details of the commission, you will be required to make a down payment of 50% of the full price within 3 days to secure your spot (I will send you a PayPal invoice for payment). I will begin working on your commission as soon as the payment is received.

The work process is typically divided into three steps: 1. Sketch 2. Lineart and blocking color 3. Rendering and finalizing.

I will confirm with the client before moving on to each step, and 2 revisions are allowed for each step for any changes the client wishes to make. Any additional revisions may incur an additional fee.

During the revision stage, it is highly recommended to gather all feedback and send it to me in one go, as making small changes repeatedly can be time-consuming and may cause delays in completing the commission.

Once the commission work is completed, I will inform the client and send an invoice for the remaining 50% of the down payment. The client is required to complete the full payment before receiving the commission file. The file will not be sent until full payment is received.

Please note that I require a minimum of 3 weeks to complete each commission. If the client requires the work to be done sooner, a rush work request can be made. Rush work requests will incur an additional fee of 30-60% of the total commission price, depending on how urgently the work is needed.

Please communicate via Email or Discord, as commission details will not be discussed through social media platforms such as Twitter or Instagram DMs.

Accept payment in USD currency only, with PayPal being the preferred payment method.

Clients in the USA can also use Zelle to make payments.

As mentioned earlier in the Timeline Process part, the client will need to pay a 50% deposit within 3 days to confirm your spot. If the deposit isn't received within 3 days, you'll lose your reserved spot.

For a big project such as VTuber Model, I do offer the option for clients to pay in installments. However, it's important for the client to discuss their payment plan with me beforehand. This includes the number of payments and the complete schedule of when those payments will be made.

Once the payment plan has been established, I will work on the client's commission according to their agreed payment schedule. It is important that the client adheres to the payment plan, as any missed payments or delays can result in a delay in the commission's completion.

In the event that the client is unable to complete their payment plan, I will work with them to find a solution that is fair for both parties. However, if an agreement cannot be reached, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and retain any work that has already been completed.

A full refund can only be issued if the work has not yet started.

Refunds will not be allowed once the project has started.

If the client cancels a commission, your commission slot will be lost permanently.

If a client wishes to cancel a commission, any work that has already been completed by the artist will remain the property of the artist, and the client will not have the right to use, distribute, or claim the work as their own.

หากมีข้อผิดพลาดที่สาเหตุเกิดจาลูกค้าอ่านกฏและข้อตกลงไม่ครบถ้วน ทางนักวาดจะไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น

นักวาดมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธงานในกรณีที่รายละเอียดงานไม่ตรงกับสไตล์หรือความถนัดของนักวาด

นักวาดมีสิทธิ์ใช้รูปวาดคอมิชชั่นใน portfolio ของนักวาด

นักวาดมีสิทธิ์โพสภาพ WIP หรือ เบื้องหลังการสร้างผลงาน ลงบน social mediaต่างๆของนักวาด เพื่อใช้โปรโมท

นักวาดมีสิทธิ์สตรีมวาดรูปคอมมิชชั่นบนสตรีมมิ่งแพลตฟอร์ม เช่น YouTube หรือ Twitch

หากทางลูกค้ามีความประสงค์ที่จะไม่เผยแพร่งานคอมมิชชั่น เก็บงานเป็นความลับ ทางลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม คิดเป็น 25% จากราคาเต็มของคอมมิชชั่น เนื่องด้วยทำให้นักวาดขาดโอกาสที่จะแสดงความสามารถและผลงานตนเอง

รูปสเก็ตและไฟล์งานทั้งหมดที่ใช้สร้างสรรค์ตัวงานไฟนอลถือเป็นกรรมมสิทธิ์ของนักวาด

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำงานคอมมิชชั่นไปใช้ใน NFTs, cryptocurrency หรือเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายคลึงกัน ในทุกกรณี

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำงานคอมมิชชั่นไปใช้สำหรับการฝึก AI ในทุกกรณี

ห้ามแอบอ้างว่าเป็นเจ้าของผลงานโดยเด็ดขาด

หลังจากที่ลูกค้าอ่านTOS ทั้งหมดและยอมรับในกฏและข้อตกลงแล้ว ลูกค้าสามารถติดต่องานผ่าน e-mail: [email protected] สามารถติดต่องานเบื้องต้นผ่านช่องทางโซเชี่ยลมีเดียได้ แต่เมื่อตกลงร่วมงานกันแล้ว การคุยงานที่เหลือกรุณาติดต่อผ่านทาง e-mail

เมื่อตกลงราคา เดธไลน์ และตารางงานได้แล้ว ลูกค้าจะต้องชำระเงินเป็นจำนวณ 50% ของราคาเต็มภายในระยะเวลา 3 วัน เพื่อเป็นการคอนเฟิร์มคิวงาน นักวาดจะเริ่มงานทันทีหลังจากได้รับเงินครึ่งแรก

ขั้นตอนการทำงานของนักวาดจะแบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้นใหญ่ๆ 1. สเก็ต 2. ตัดเส้นลงสี 3. เรนเดอร์และเก็บงาน

ทุกๆขั้นตอนจะมีการส่งให้ลูกค้าดูก่อนเพื่อคอนเฟิร์มก่อนจะทำงานขั้นต่อไป

ลูกค้ามีโควต้าขอแก้งานได้ 2 ครั้งในแต่ละขั้น หากต้องการแก้เพิ่มนอกเหนือจากโควต้าที่มีให้ จะมีการคิดค่าแก้เพิ่ม

การขอแก้งานนั้น แนะนำให้ลูกค้ารวบรวมรายละเอียดและจุดที่อยากจะแก้ทั้งหมด และส่งมาให้นักวาดในคราวเดียวกัน พยายามหลีกเลี่ยงการค่อยๆทยอยส่งจุดที่อยากจะแก้มาให้นักวาด เนื่องจากการทยอยส่ง feedback ทำให้กินเวลาในการทำงานและอาจส่งผลต่อเดธไลน์ได้

เมื่องานคอมมิชชั่นเสร็จแล้ว ทางนักวาดจะติดต่อลูกค้าไปเพื่อแจ้งให้ทราบ ลูกค้าสามารถชำระเงินส่วนที่เหลือได้ทันที นักวาดจะส่งไฟล์งานให้หลังจากได้รับเงินเต็มจำนวณแล้วเท่านั้น

นักวาดต้องการเวลาอย่างน้อย 3 อาทิตย์ในการทำงานคอมมิชชั่นทุกๆงาน ลูกค้าสามารถของานเร่งได้หากต้องการให้งานเสร็จเร็วกว่านั้น ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นจะมีการคิดค่าเร่งงานเพิ่ม โดยจะคิดเป็น 30-60% ของราคาเต็ม ขึ้นอยู่กับว่าลูกค้าต้องการงานเร็วแค่ไหน

ใช้ E-mail หรือ Discord ในการติดต่อคุยงานเป็นหลัก ทางนักวาดไม่สะดวกติดต่อคุยรายละเอียดงานผ่าน social media

ช่องทางการโอนเงินมี Paypal (รับสกุลเงิน USD เท่านั้น)

สำหรับลูกค้าคนไทย สามารถชำระเงินผ่านบัญชีไทยได้

อย่างที่ได้กล่าวไปในช่วง ขั้นตอนการทำงาน ว่าลูกค้าจะต้องชำระเงิน 50% ของราคาเต็มภายในระยะเวลา 3 วัน เพื่อเป็นการคอนเฟิร์มคิวงาน หากไม่สามารถชำระเงินได้ภายใน 3 วัน จะถือว่าลูกค้ายกเลิกคิวงานกับทางนักวาดทันที

สำหรับโปรเจคใหญ่ที่มีราคาสูงเช่นโมเดลวีทูปเบอร์ ทางนักวาดยินยอมหากลูกค้าต้องการแบ่งจ่ายเป็นงวด ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องพูดคุยและวางแผนการแบ่งจ่ายกับทางนักวาดให้เรียบร้อยก่อน

เมื่อตกลงตารางการแบ่งจ่ายกับนักวาดเรียบร้อยแล้ว นักวาดจะทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับตารางการแบ่งจ่าย

หากมีสถานการณ์ที่ทางลูกค้าไม่สามารถชำระเงินได้ทุกงวดให้สมบูรณ์ได้ จะต้องมีการเจรจาเพื่อแก้ไขและหาทางออกที่เท่าเทียมที่สุดสำหรับทั้งนักวาดและลูกค้า หากการเจรจาไม่สามรถหาข้อสรุปได้ ทางนักวาดมีสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกงานคอมมิชชั่นและรักษาสิทธิ์ในทุกๆไฟล์งานที่นักวาดได้ทำเสร็จไปแล้ว

หากต้องการเลิกว่าจ้าง ทางลูกค้าต้องแจ้งยกเลิกงานก่อนที่นักวาดจะเริ่มวาดงาน จึงจะสามารถได้ค่ามัดจำคืนเต็มจำนวณ

จะไม่มีการคืนเงิน หากนักวาดได้เริ่มวาดงานคอมมิชชั่นไปแล้ว

หากลูกค้าต้องการยกเลิกว่าจ้าง ไฟล์งานใดๆ ที่นักวาดได้ทำเสร็จแล้วจะยังคงเป็นทรัพย์สินของนักวาด และลูกค้าจะไม่มีสิทธิ์ใช้ แจกจ่าย หรืออ้างสิทธิ์ในผลงานเป็นของตนเอง
